Personality
Chris Redfield a member of S.T.A.R.S and works along side Jill Valentine. It's kind of hard to judge this relationship. Some of the things that happen in Resident Evil 1 make some people think they have strong feelings for each other, although they don't interact much during the game, they still seem very close when Chris frees Jill from the cell.

Carlos Oliveria Aids Jill in Resident Evil 3. At first Jill doesn't really trust him but that changes as the game progresses, again some people think there is something going on between Carlos and Jill but in my opinion, you cant really have strong feelings for someone you have just met. There really isn't anything in the game to show this except Carlos giving Jill the antidote for the virus. However, they would make a cute couple.

Barry Burton is another one of Jill's comrades. He aids her a lot in the first Resident Evil and saves her and Carlos at the end of the 3rd Resident Evil Game. Jill seems to get along very well with Barry at the start, until he starts acting strange to the point she tells him not to screw up again like he did when he dropped the rope on her. However, things soon start to settle down between then after she finds out Wesker was bribing him by taking his family as hostages. Barry finds out Wesker was lying about having his family and comes to Jill's aid for the last time in the game.
